Towering Above the Rest. This Cumulonimbus Cloud rises above the rest of the clouds above Dallas, Texas. I took this shot from the cockpit of a Lear 45 Private Jet as we approached Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
I chose this photo because its a symbol of power, as some may know, a Cumulonimbus Cloud is a Storm Cloud. The picture shows it might as it towers over the rest. I also like the detail and how the sky turns from blue to black. This shot is one of the ones where you would have to be there at the right time and Altitude to see it. Not many people see the beauty seen in the air and I hope you all enjoy this!
